WE GOING TO DISNEY!

Hello you magical human being!

Just wanted to write out some details for you so you can get a better idea of what this trip entails.....

WHEN & Where ARE WE STAYING?

Dates: December 31, 2017 (New Years Eve) - January 7, 2018 -- Sunday to Sunday.

Location: Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando Florida

We will be staying in the Three-Bedroom Villa which accomdates 12 nicely.

Cost: $125 PER PERSON!

That's to stay at the resort the whole week!

Andrea and I are looking to fly there and I'm tracking tickets out of D.C. - it's averaging $230-250 (round trip) but will keep checking it out.

I think we should also make a "food" budget and I would also budget $$ for Disney/Universal Tickets.

That leads me to......

THEME PARKS!

I am super stoked to visit the new World of Avatar! 

Animatronics, Lights, Rides - it all looks like a blast!

I would also love to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and check out what they updated and expanded!

Obviously we have to get more Kimono's at Epcot and eat and drink around the world....but we can get into that later.

Next up.....

RUN DISNEY 2018!

The reason I planned this week and got the timeshare was because it will be the 25th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World® Marathon Celebration! (That Medal Doe!)

Devlin and I will be tackling the Goofy Challenge: 5k, 10k, half-marathon, full marathon on January 4,5,6,7 respectively.

Rosso, Ray, & Ian will also be joining us for the full marathon! *Jared is a maybe?...Do it!

It is, hands down, the best marathon I have ever ran and stopping and taking pictures with the Disney characters is so much fun! Can't wait to run this with everyone and take group pictures!

Devlin and I are planning to run this as a group because we want pictures as a group with everyone who joins! GROUP COSTUME!? YES PLEASE!!

If you want to join in the marathon (sorry the half is now sold out) this would be a great goal to set your mind to! You have 4 months to train!

NEW YEARS EVE AND BIRTHDAYS TO CELEBRATE!

I'm thinking we do NYE in Downtown Disney with drinks and fireworks! Just a thought but we can brainstorm.

THEN on January 4th we have Rosso's Birthday to celebrate! Epcot for around the world?? Who knows!? But we shall celebrate!

THEN on January 6th we have Andrea's Birthday!! Wizarding World of Harry Potter with some butter beer and magic?? Wingardium Levi-YESsah!

Anyways, we have a lot to celebrate on top of the races - so it will be a fun packed trip! 

But also know that the resort has relaxing things to do so you can have your down time.....
